“On writing a poem every day” published in Halfway Down The Stairs

I first drafted “On writing a poem every day” on the final day of my last 30/30 writing challenge, where I had to post a poem every day for a month. It was nerve-wracking, but it taught me that there is always something there ready to become a poem if I just pay attention.
